Baddeleys Beach and Campbells Beach are located within the confines of Millon Bay. Both Beaches are tidal and support an abundance of marine life.
Large numbers of Kereru, Tui, Ruru (morepork), Piwakawaka (fantail), Kaka, and Tekapu (gannet) are permanently resident in the bay as well as migratory species such as the Caspian Tern which are sometimes seen in the bay.
The residents of Baddeleys Beach and Campbells Beach regularly participate in activities that help to manage and enhance the quality of the environment.
